Delivery, Payment & Other Information

Delivery Cost: Enjoy FREE delivery for all orders above 50$. For orders below $50, a delivery fee of $4.50 or $10 will be applied, depending on the weight of your order.

Order Processing and Delivery Time: We strive to process orders within 1 to 3 working days. Once processed, your order will be delivered by one of our courier partners within 1 to 4 working days. You will receive a tracking number to keep you updated on the status of your delivery.

Our delivery timings are between 9am - 10pm, Monday to Sunday. For any urgent or special delivery requests, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Please wait for our ready-for-pick-up email before visiting the store to collect your order.

Payment Methods: We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer.

Order Cancellation: We regret to inform you that we do not allow order cancellations.

Exchanges / Refunds: All items undergo thorough checks before delivery. However, we kindly request that you inspect your items upon delivery.

If you find any defects, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds after this specified duration. To assist us, please send clear photographs of the defect(s) along with a detailed description. Please ensure that the item is unused and, whenever possible, in its original packaging. We will promptly get in touch with you to facilitate any necessary exchanges or refunds.

Exchanges must be made within 7 days after our communication with you.

Please note that food and perishable items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
